Fitbit users - international travel?

I'm hoping to get a quick answers from some of the die-hard fitbit users. I'm leaving for China tomorrow morning and am just wondering how it works when you're in a vastly different time zone I want to bring my fitbit with me, but I don't want to mess it up to the point that it no longer tracks accurately. If anyone has had any experience with this, i would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks.

    Hi there, what a coincidence I'm also looking for info as to how I can change the timezone
    On my fitbit one as iv just arrived to china this morning from the uk
