I haven't found one. I put the dvd in my hand and lifted it for hours, tried rolling it on my biceps and forearms and it doesn't help at all.

So I gave up and just started doing stuff like bench press, overhead press, and bent over rows. Somehow that seems to be doing the trick.

Okay, well thanks for the annoying, smart *kitten*, sarcastic answer :explode: ...but for those of you that don't do weight lifting at the gym...any ideas?

I like the smartass answer!! I really hate DVDs but I have used P90x, Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels, and Jackie Warners DVDs. I think all have them had good workouts but not sure if anything strictly targets arms.

    Indeed.

And the equipment costs the same as a workout DVD, though it's a bit larger. You don't need an olympic weight set.
Also, it takes like 15 minutes every other day, tops... with much better results as the reward.

Bench press would have to be substituted for floor press at home, probably.

You just wanted a serious answer. I wish I had one. I have always enjoyed workouts by Karen Voight, but I used those about 5-10 years ago, so they are not as readily available on DVD. She looks awesome, and her workouts almost always included light weights with arm exercises.

I really liked Bob Harper's pure burn/strength video. My arms were sore the next day and that hasn't happened in a while. It doesn't just cover arms but that for sure was the toughest part.

Press ups are the best thing for toning arms. That and tricep dips.

    Group hug!

If you are interested in those exercises, you could probably get away with a cheap 50lb barbell set from a department store.

Read a lot on technique/watch videos then try the above exercises three times a week. - Form is extremely important! - Each week, add a little extra weight.

    It's super effective.

I'm not aware of any good cooking shows on DVD.

I do love Jackie Warner for arms. Jari Love's slim & lean dvd is good too. and Jillians NMTZ helped define my shoulders and triceps.
Once you know the basic moves I find that you can work out your arms on your own if you want

LOL. Seriously though no spot reducing, no spot toning. Toning is nothing more than reducing your body fat enough to see what lies beneath.
