    dang, too long.. i guess i will have to look at another one of her dvd's to do?

    The good thing about it is that it's divided into circuits and the DVD menu tells you which part of your body your working, so if you only had 30 min you could do 3-4 circuits plus the warm up and cool down. This way you can keep the DVD fresh by alternating which 3-4 circuits you choose to do! Banish fat, boost metabolism works in the same way.
