Not really seeing results

I love this website! I have been looking for something to use to track my diet and exercise, but all the other sites seemed too time consuming. This one is great because I have it on my phone. I am happy to see others on the journey to lose weight, it can be so easy to get discouraged. I am working out with a personal trainer and I do at least an hour of cardio a day and I only lost 5 lbs. I am sticking with it, because I feel so much better, but it is so hard to stay on track when I dont see results. I know this time around is different because I am older (33) and I am trying to lose baby weight, but it seems like I should be seeing more results. Any one else having a similar experience.

It's funny that I posted this and this morning I did my measurements and I have lost 3 inches and 7 lbs since I started all of this the beginning of Feb. So I guess its not so bad after all.0

Get yourself a food scale to make sure your portion size is correct. Worked for me.0
