Hi there. I just started doing hot yoga at a studio, but want to improve by practicing more at home. I keep thinking about trying those Rodney Yee dvd's. Has anyone tried them or have other ones to recommend. My fitness goals are to gain strength, improve my flexibility and I'd like to have a decent burn. I already have 2 Bob Harper dvd's and 1 Jillian Michaels; I like them, but still think there's room to challenge myself more with my at home practice. Thank you!

I like all of Rodney Yee's videos, but there are plenty of free podcasts and videos on-line (yoga journal has one). You could also check with your library to see what they have.
If you like variety, you could try yoga glo: http://www.yogaglo.com/ (a subscription service) or ihanuman: http://www.ihanuman.com/ (more variety of styles, but you pay as you go)0
