I am looking for veggie diary with lots of protein

Hi guys
I get about 80 to 90 grams of protein a day and was wondering if any other veggies get about the same or if anyone manages more without the use of lots of protein shakes? I usually do 1 shake a day. Is it ok to do more??? And do I need actually need more?
Would like to find veggie friends with open diarys to swap ideas etc, especially people in the UK so that we have the same things available in the shops. I am wanting to get stronger and firmer so need to be thinking about the protein.

Bump. Im not veggie but do want to eat less meat! When I went full veggie, I got ill and weak0
