Routines at the gym

I go to the gym practically everyday..but I want to switch it up a little! I have a legs day, an arms and back day, a cardio only day....repeat....anyone have any suggestions on how I can switch it up or make my workouts more interesting? Thanx!

    Are you looking for cardio or weight training advice?

    Honestly, I'd just go with a program like Rippetoe's starting strength.

    Lifting heavier every time is never boring!
    And the work sets are 3x5, so it doesn't take a ton of time.
