I'm lacking calcium in my diet. How can I add it without adding a lot of calories?

Calcium from Dairy is generally calorific, unless you're mindfull (i.e greek youghurt, cottage cheese). Good alternative sources of calcium....
Green veggies: broccolli / kale / spinach
Milk alternatives: soya / oatley (personally need these to be an ingrediant to something warm i.e. porridge otherwise not a huge fan)

    and check out

I actually take a supplement as well.

Take a supplement. BUT do not take it at the same time as your multi (if you take one - take multi in am and calcium in pm for example) and be sure to take your calcium with food so it can be easily absorbed. :)

I have never liked milk but its too hard to get enough calcium eating just cheese and its too high in fat. My solution is Total whole grain cereal. 3/4 cup has 100% dv of calcium. I usually eat 1/2 cup every day then I get the rest of the calcium from cheese or other foods.

UNSWEETENED ALMOND MILK... ONLY 35 CALS FOR A CUP AND 2X THE CALCIUM ( I THINK) AS REGULAR MILK... AND IF YOU MAKE PROTEIN SHAKES OR SMOOTHIES ADD IT IN PLACE OF THE WATER... OR IN YOUR OATMEAL..
