Hi, I will probably sound like a right numpty but here goes...
I have bought some dumbbells today ( set Of 3 varying weights... Only quite light) and some ankle/wrist weights. I want to have a go at strength training to try and vary my exercise routines. Thing is... I have no idea what exercise to do with them so once you've all finished laughing:) at my stupidity, any exercise tips and help(in simple terms) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

fitbe.com or any health mag with have a plan to follow. Good luck. OH! start with the really light weights first.0

Agreed. Check out that website and start with the lightest weights first. For the first several times, you should use light weights with lots of reps (20-25). That way you can build and strengthen your cartilage and joints to keep from injury. Eventually, you can move up to the heavier weights with less reps. :-)0
