Hey everyone...I am fairly new on this site. I have been dieting for about 4 years now (off and on). I lose a bunch, then gain some back - get serious again and lose a bunch more, only to gain some back again. In all, I needed to lose 144 pounds...l know - ugh. But, I am down 85 so far, with 59 more to go...at least. lol. I would love to have some friend invites - I guess I'm not sure how to do that myself, and I could really use some encouragement along the way.

Welcome! I think you need to look at it as a lifestyle change - not a diet. A diet is temporary. Why do the diet rollercoaster when you can eat right and exercise - for life!?

    Feel free to add me!!

I don't follow a specific eating plan, I just eat smart, and train hard.

    Start weight 303.4 (1/1/11)
    Current weight 198.4 (down 105lbs)
    Goal Weight 160
    29 y/o (for another 28 days - eek), 5'6''

    I sent you an add.

I agree with Marcy. I've done the diet rollercoaster for years. I'm not following any diet now except trying to eat more fruits and veggies. Changing how you perceive food really makes a difference too. I'm still working on that one. After years of "food is my friend," I'm struggling with changing that to "not all food is my friend."

Good luck, You've already come a long way.
