stopped losing

okay i am 5*10 i started weighing 188 i lost 7 pounds now i have not lost anything i was managing a pound every two day i have not seen a change since saturday i dont know what i am doing wrong help

  • Well first...stop weighing yourself daily. Only once a week - same day and time of the week. Your body will fluctuate. Stop obsessing over the number and go with how you feel and how your clothes are fitting.
