STUCK! but eating enough...

I've seen a lot of posts like this but they are usually of people who are eating eay below their goals. i am 220 (down from 238) eating a litle of everything but its always within my goals, never go over or too much under. Exercise about 3 days a week, eat back most of my exercise calories. I was losing like crazy the first 18lbs now nothing... What do I need to do to get it back going? What am I doing wrong? Help please starting to give up hope?

Ok think I may have solved part of my problem but not all of it.. my husband also was up and we dont eat together because of our schedules so its weird we would both be up. and then my scale was going crazy a different result even though I stepped on it like 20 times in a row. So went out and bought a new scale (better quality one) and now Im showind down a pount (thankfully) but until now Ive been losing way more than a pound a week so I know this is still a good loss but why all of a sudden is it so low?0
