Taking Water Pills

Whats everyone's view on taking them? I bought some but havent used them yet. Will it help lose weight. Im 5'7.5 and 187.4lbs...please no rude comments. Thanks

i use to take them and still do if i feel bloated and they worked for me. not to loose weight just to get rid of that bloatedness
