I plan on starting the 30 Day Shred tomorrow. I would like to hear your thoughts/experiences with it. How long did you do it for? How many days did you do each level? Did you take any days off? How much weight did you lose? How many inches did you lose? Pics? Advice/tips?

Hey there! I did each level for 10 days and during Level 1 (the first 10 days) I took couple of days off between day 4 and 5 as my ankle was hurting REALLY bad. But when I stated again, I picked back up where I left off.
I went from 194 lbs to 183 lbs doing the Shred. And I think I lost approx 3 inches (I only measured my waist, hips, bust and neck)
As for advice/tips: Make sure you wear shoes when doing the workouts (I made this mistake and it caused me ankle problems), and listen to your body - if you need to take a day or two off, do it! Don't go killing yourself to try and do it in 30 days!
ENJOY! I was told that Day 3-4 would be the make or break it time. Don't give up, even though you are going to feel like you want to! Believe me!0 -
I really enjoy the program. I've been sidelined by injury so I've never made it past the second level yet but I'll hopefully be picking it back up soon. Do what you can when you first start out and as you continue you will see that you become stronger which is a great feeling!

Let me start out by saying I don't have a lot to lose - only about 15 lbs. I haven't really lost any weight doing the 30 DS but I have lost inches. I lost an inch off my bust, an inch off my waist, and two inches off my hips, which are the only things I have measured. I noticed my pants fit a bit looser now. My thighs, which are my biggest trouble spot, are where I have seen the most improvement. I asked my fiancé if I looked any smaller and he said that my hips look smaller and my legs look a lot more toned.
I still have 5 days left before I finish level 3. I also go to the gym 4 mornings/week & do 45 min of cardio every time I go. I have been doing 10 days of 30 DS with one day off between the levels. I've also been using 8 lb weights for some of the strength stuff. I picked up some of her other DVDs to try out after I'm done with 30 DS so I can supplement my gym workouts with them. Good luck!0
