Questions about earning more calories

hello! I am new on myfitnesspal. I have realized that once I log my workouts I "earn" more calories. I have never heard of that before so could someone please explain.....

You're basically refueling your muscles on the days you work out. As long as you're having a net of 1200 calories (1200 plus exercise), you should be fine as that is the minimum the body needs before it starts hanging onto fat stores to keep the organs functioning optimally.

My aunt had a lot of success with weight watchers, and that program has a similar thing where you can 'earn' extra points by doing additional exercise. :flowerforyou:0
