Vitamins and Headaches

Whenever I take a vitamin (the generic of Centrum, they ate called Live Active Central-Vite, I believe) I get headaches. I chose this kind of vitamin because they don't contain a huge amount of Chromium.

Does anyone else have this problem? Can someone recommend a chromium-free or low-chromium vitamin?

    If a vitamin is giving you a headache, you should really be checking with either your doctor or pharmacist for recommendations. They have much better knowledge about why it would be happening and the right answer.
