I'm having trouble with losing the last few pounds that I want off.
I Want to get about another six pounds off and lately my weight
Has stayed the same. I don't know if I need to change my workouts
At the gym or what the deal is.. I've generally been under my goal
since I've started mfp..
Any suggestions?

i'm certainly no expert, but what i have seen over and over here in the forums is that once you are really that close to goal, stop focusing on the numbers. Ditch the scale and focus on building muscle. Eat more, eat well, increase protein.
  • Yep - I agree with the previous poster.
Plus, increase your intensity. It is super important towards the end that you don't have a big calorie deficit, so make sure you are eating enough.
  • So this is normal to be happening? I thought
    I was doing something wrong.

I agree with the others. It took me about four months to lose the last 2 pounds (no joke). Make sure you have MFP set as losing 0.5 lb/week. Also, try to hit that calorie mark and not eat below it consistently.

Why change it to .05? Right now I think it's at
    1 a week. Just curious.
