Is anyone else stalled in their weight loss? I have been tracking my intake as well as exercising 5 days a week with little or not results....Is this normal 3 weeks into it?

    I think this is maybe in the wrong topic, but I will answer. :) Are you drinking a lot of water and watching your sodium intake? That can really play in a role in seeing results.

    Yes i have been working out for three weeks also, are you talking about your weight as "Results" ? Keep at it, it does take time even though you dont see anything doesnt mean its not working. Also, are you watching your sugar intake and are you drinking water? What is your excercise routine? Let me know maybe i can help you. As for myself i weigh about the same but i see a little difference in my waist line.

    I lost 2ish pounds both my first and second week and the third I stayed the same.
