Awkward Introduction

Just joined, and am obviously starting a diet and weight-loss regime.
I am essentially taking a clue from the diet prescribed after Gastric Bypass and eating 6 small meals per day to get my metabolism going.
The calorie tracker here is going to help me figure out what works...

I'm determined to feel better about myself and be healthier.
