is being over on fiber bad? im always over on fiber by like 10 or 20... so is that bad or no?

    Are you using default settings? If you are, then going over by 10-20 is actually in the healthy recommended range. If you've customized your settings so that you're aiming for 25-30 grams per day, then going over might cause gas and bloating, but aside from that, I still wouldn't worry about it.

    getting over 25 grams of fiber a day is associated with a lower risk of diverticulosis and colon cancer----since my whole family gets colon cancer I make sure I get at least 30 grams a day----other than walking outside:blushing: once in a while --no problems
