Feeling out of alignment

I noticed when i started working out when i lay flat on the floor my one should blade hits the floor first I can really feel it when I put my harms up. is it just because Im out of shape or could it be something else? Its really bugging me.

You mentioned it's really bugging you, is it pain that's bugging you or is it worry that something may be "wrong"?
Personally I doubt it has anything to do with you being out of shape as you mentioned although if you've had some type of shoulder or back injury in your lifetime that could be the reason.
If you are in pain consult with a Chiropractor if not I really wouldn't worry about it. Everyone's body is just a bit different than another, for example when I lay down on the floor my lower back doesn't touch the floor.0
