Hi, my name is Zailie I am 32 years old and live in East Yorkshire. I have a wonderful hubby and two great children. I have tried every diet known and have often been really successful. My problem is keeping weight off. I LOVE my food and when I diet I become depressed and miserable. I eat mostly healthily but have a big appetitie. I have decided to throw all my diets in the bin and make a lifestyle change and involving lots of exercise into my routine. I am at the beginning of my journey and I am looking to lose approx 84lb. Would love to meet some new friends so I can stay motivated.

    Hi Zailie! I just joined (today, actually) as well. I'm out in Dallas, TX. I've got a pretty big goal of 60 lbs....I'm hoping the community will help to keep me accountable.
