summer ball 1st July!

At the moment i'm at uni and our summer ball is on the 1st July
my current weight is 164 and i really wanna get to 150 by then
what tips would you give me? i'm at uni and so cant afford much in the way of healthy food. any exercise plans? I have very little space in my room - i have the 30 day shred but i really haven't got room to do it :(
