I am starting a strength program.
I have read up on Stronglifts 5x5 and Bodybuilding.com's Jamie Eason.
I dont know which will be better as far seeing results. I have heard great things about both from different people. HELP
thanks

I've been doing Strong Lifts 5x5 for 2 weeks now. REALLY like it.
I'm not familiar with Jamie's but I think it targets a different muscle group five day a week (someone correct me if I'm wrong). This is really not something beginners should do. This is for body builders like Jamie who already have a nice solid strength base, and muscle size. Strong Lifts are big compound movements that work your entire body 3 times a week. You don't need to isolate at all. It's much more efficient and just makes a lot more sense for someone new to lifting.0 -

^^^This.
If Stronglifts doesn't appeal to you, there are several other great programs for beginners. However, if they are good programs they will be very similar.0
