I want to buy a stability ball but...

...as I started shopping I realized that they come in a billion different sizes. How do I know what size to buy?
And since my house is already pretty crowded, can they be deflated after every use or does that wear them out?

    It usually tells for what height on the box. I couldnt imagine inflating and deflating mine everytime...it is a workout in itself.
