Your plateau?

Just wondering:
At what weight did you have a plateau, how long did you stay there and what helped you break past it?
I'm reaching the weight I seem to plateau at (160) and would love to hear what's worked for others and what your experience was.
Any tips, etc!

    Started at 175 pounds, plateaued at 160 for 2 months. It ended up I was eating too little (I am 5'7", somewhat active and was seriously hungry). I upped my calories and broke that plateau.

    Plateau #2: I was at 147 pounds, just 2 pounds from my goal weight, from September until February. I zig zagged, I lowered calories, I increased calories, I had spike days, I changed up my exercise routine...I did everything one could possibly think of to no avail. Then one day, my body just started losing weight again.

    Bottom line: Don't worry about it until it happens. When it does happen, just be patient and stay the course!
