My calories are set for 1230 a day, however my BMR is 1349. Should I be eating the 1349?

The 1230 is calculated to give you a calorie deficit below the BMR based on however you set the rate of loss you wanted. Honestly, you could adjust if you feel like you're not losing well, but it looks to me like you are....it's all about where you find your most comfort in terms of loss and lifestyle.0
