orange roughy fillet
some foil
dill
olive oil
slice of citrus (lemon or lime)
garlic and herb or Mrs. Dash (no sodium spices)

place the fish on a pc. of foil and splash lightly with olive oil, then a sprinkle of you favorite herbs and slice of citrus. Wrap in the foil and bake or broil for about 10-20 min or less depending on the size of the fish filet. I like to serve with a baked potatoe and green beans almondine.

I'm not sure what you mean by the weight goal graph... are you asking about the ticker that is part of my signature? If so, you create your own in the "tools" area and then go to your "settings" and click "change forum signature" and paste the code into that area and save it.

And thanks for the compliments on my kitty! Your pup is adorable! :flowerforyou:
