If you have lost 15 to 18 lbs so far you are doing good. I started dec 6th and have lost 14. I noticed that before my monthly The weight doesn't seem to budge but then drops after. Maybe this is your case? This is gonna be a long process don't give up. I have been frustrated too but when I actually see what I have done so far I keep going. Good Luck!!!
  • I have been doing really good for about a week now but I know I haven't lost any. But I know it's because I did so bad the week before & my body is just catching up.
  • Yah there are just too many variables, too many things that are going on in our bodies...I mean we are just looking at one parameter, one number, pounds (kilos for me  ) to judge how we are doing.
Think about if you start working out a lot. I did this. I didn't lose any weight for a reeeaaaaalllllllly long time from it, but I was A LOT more healthy and I felt much better
It is sooooo easy to get discouraged (but don't fall into that trap).

Blah I am in the same boat. I lose some and then it says I gained a few lbs and then lost and then NOTHING and then blahhh! I am hoping that it is just because my body is SO not used to working out and now I am working out and it's all..."WHAT?"
