a dear friend asked me to join up so i did about a week ago. already hooked. love this tool. was using a different one before but like this one so much better. anyway, i live in Southeast SoDak. i'm a pretty easy guy to get along with and can always use more friends, so please add me if you wish. i have about 90 lbs to lose and plan to do it!!!!

    New too! - did not know they had this support line. I have 27 lbs to go, feeling better and eating right now! I live in Southern sunny California and enjoying walking with my k9 pals they get me out and about and keep me motivated to lose more and eat healthy.
    I am their mom so... need to be heathly for them. take care.
