fast weightloss/help with plateau

Hi all, I just started this program last thursday and was/still am very excited about it but I was a little down because I go to the gym 5 days a week for 1 hour a day doing crazy workouts and using MFT to count calories ect and i still didn't see any weightloss. So I have been on my computer all day today just doing research and I discovered that great site with FREE advice and FREE workout/meal plan dvd (yes, they mail it to you free, i did my order this morning) and what I learned was that it's not
1. how long you are at the gym that produces results, instead
2. doing high intensity interval workouts just 10-40 minutes a day is what does it
3. so first warm up and then start your interval workout of 30 seconds of high intesity then 30 of really low intensity....for 10-40 min/day
So I decided to go to the gym today and try the workouts and OMG, I only did 20 mins and my whole body is so sore I can barely walk....compared to when I don 60 minutes of elipitical and almost feel nothing.
apperantly doing this burns MORE fat and FASTER.....yeah imagine that: short, intensity workouts burn MORE fat. So I'm doing this for 5 days straight to see my results....I just wanted to share with any and all that are interested or thos that have hit a plateau and aren't losing weight.
