Hey everyone! This is my first time posting pictures, so I'm a bit nervous, but was so excited to actually have a picture that I'm not embarrassed of! My face is starting to get some shape back into it, yay!

start date & weight: Jan 1, 2012 - 211lbs
current weight: 194
goal: 175, then reevaluate, probably end up 160ish.
I'm 30 yrs old, 5'9"

We just recently had family pics taken and I didn't sit staring at every picture pointing out my fat bumps and flaws. I actually liked a lot of them!! You look great! Keep up the hard work!

    Thanks!!
No real secrets, just following the plan. Mfp has me at 1260 cal/day, then I try to work out 5ish days a week- jogging, pilates, biggest loser bootcamp, and I try not to eat all of my exercise calories (though I often do end up eating most of them). My husband is dieting with me, so that helps a lot when it comes to not having junk food in the house or going out to eat. I'm not horribly strict though, we have gone out to eat & had some big splurges but I have so far been able to start over the next day and keep focus.
