What's up with the daily totals?

Has anyone else experienced this problem or am I just losing my mind?

Since 18 Feb I have been tracking my daily totals and they all showed in the green. (I was doijg this because I HAD planned a reward for 60 days in thy green) I do a weigh in, log it and then the totals that were green go red:mad: Am I nuts or is it a glitch? It is very irritating. It seems to me that when the cals are recalculated to correspond with the new weight and your calorie allottment drops to correspind, that your history changes as well. If it's just me...I'm off to the shrink because I SWEAR they were all in the green and the daily messages were ..."under calories"

I know that this is a free sight and the mangers are doing the best they can (and I applaud them most heartily!) but it is slightly depressing to see nearly all your history go in the red.

SO, just wondering, Do I see the shrink, or send a post to the techinical forum?

any time your calorie goal changes, it effects all past entries as well.

Yup, I have had this happen, and yup, I don't look back. It was green yesterday, and that's good enough for me. If your calorie goal is lower, take that as a compliment, because it means you are marching towards your final goal!

Yeah, I noticed that too. It's like WTF!!! Now before I recalculate, I copy and paste the data into an excel spreadsheet. Then I don't really care what MFP history says.

Wouldn't it be a bit simpler just to make a note of what your goal was and when it changed?
