Workout videos for ipod

Do you guys know of any workout videos I can download onto my ipod? I'm looking mostly for strenth training videos, not cardio. I would like to learn more moves, and think it would be easier if I can see the moves being performed instead of reading them like in a magazine. There has to be some website where you can download them, right?
