Just bought BodyMedia Fit Core and need help

Got it at costco and it says it includes a 6 month subscription. I'm trying to sign up on the website but can't seem to find any code regarding the free subscription or is there no need to enter one? There's a spot to enter a code and I don't want to do "Don't have a subscription or promo code?" if I should have one.
