HELP! Need to figure out how many calories I burned!!

I just came home from my HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials) training at my hospital. I got a great sweat and nice workout lifting the equpiment and wearing the suits. I want to log this in, because my Fitbit already gave me calories burned for walking. I did more. Than walking though, so I wanted to know if anyone knows how many calories burned (guesstimate) for doing a HAZMAT Recert. Class. Does anyone know? Or know how to calculate that?
