It's crazy how much can change in a few months.

I am amazed everyday at the changes i see, and feel!

I can sit without my stomach resting on my thighs! lol
I can tie my shoes without having to adjust my stomach
I no longer have bingo wings
I think i saw an Ab earlier!
I don't get winded painting my toenails
I don't have boobage spilling over the sides of my bra
I can do more than 10 minutes of the 30 day shred and not feel like i'm gonna pass out. I am actually on lvl 3 and have enough energy to do more afterwards.

I still alot to lose and tone, But man does it feel good to see a difference (and my shoes)

tried posting the pic without the link and it cut half the pic off. boo.

    i changed it, but i guess the pic was still too big. it just showed half of it. o well. will figure it out eventually.. thanks y'all :)

    I started Jan 3rd, and am SO thrilled to see a huge difference in my body shape too!

    Way to go!! Keep it up!! There's no doubt we can get to our goal by just keeping up to what we've been doing already!

    Thanks ya'll! It's still weird to be on this end of a results picture...I'm usually looking at someone elses, and thinking "Man..they look amazing!"
