December to March. what a different a few months make.

It's crazy how much can change in a few months.

I am amazed everyday at the changes i see, and feel!

I can sit without my stomach resting on my thighs! lol
I can tie my shoes without having to adjust my stomach
I no longer have bingo wings
I think i saw an Ab earlier!
I don't get winded painting my toenails
I don't have boobage spilling over the sides of my bra
I can do more than 10 minutes of the 30 day shred and not feel like i'm gonna pass out. I am actually on lvl 3 and have enough energy to do more afterwards.

I still alot to lose and tone, But man does it feel good to see a difference (and my shoes)

I started Jan 3rd, and am SO thrilled to see a huge difference in my body shape too!

CHicka it never gets old hearing it from you!! You keep me motivated, We keep eachother goin for that 1000+ Cal. burn a day! I Know i wouldn't have been able to make it this far this quick without ya!! You let me borrow your DVD's gave me a set of hand weights and take the time to leave me messages that keep me motivated! I can't wait till i'm able to join ya on some 5ks and tear it up at the gym!

really well done, such a difference. really wish i'd taken pic like this i've lost 16lb and i know my shape has changed but i wish i had something to compare to.....but hey I KNOW i look better in the mirror now!
