just fell off the diet wagon and need motivation!

I just joined end of January 2012. I have lost 5.5 lbs so far, and have really been doing well. But Friends took me out to dinner last weekend and I splurged...and now I can't seem to get back into eating well mode...HELP! I need suggestions to break the cycle (feels like I am a recovering addict who just took another hit).
