IS THAT REALLY BAD? I REALLY NEED TO KNOW .. WENT OVER YESTERDAY AND TODAY.. ANY INFO WOULD B APPRECIATED..THANX

    MFP allows for 15% protein which most of us go over. And no, it is not bad to go over that amount.

    Most of us customize the plan to allow for more protein which can be good for weight loss if you're exercising regularly, as it aids in muscle recovery.
