Ideas for food on the go tomorrow -

Hi all, sorry for so many questions!!
I will be on the go all day tomorrow from 8am till we get home about 11pm. It's a big group hobby thing that we all do once a month, and culminates in a meal at the pub. I will have an hour for lunch and another hour of travel early evening then the pub about 9pm. I'm wondering what would be good foods/ snacks to get in my 1,500 cals on the go? And if I should give the pub meal a miss, or maybe just go for a sandwich?
In my cupboards I have avocado (well, fridge anyway lol), peanut butter, wholewheat bread, oranges, bananas, grapefruit, cream crackers, cheese, cottage cheese, salad, tuna. I'm thinking maybe a salad, cheese and avocado sandwich, with avocado and a banana for lunch, then peanut butter on crackers for a snack? I have to get it all ready in the morning and have no clue lol. I usually just take a sandwich box of pasta and sauce, then buy a sandwich and drink from the petrol station.
