Im coming off a 6 month break after getting in the best shape I have been in. Did a stent of weights, running and Insanity for a year going 5-6 days a week. Did the Insanity program right through.

Now im aiming for at least 3-4 times a week, with a mix between weights, running and insanity :), do I love it. And more importantly im watching my food intake more closely now.

I hope to keep up with this. thanks myfitnesspal

    Was your six month break after you left the Army, or are you still Active Duty now?

    6 month break after my last deployment. Im in the reserves now.

    Insanity is great. Its tough and rewarding.
    I have not tried P90x yet.

    A well deserved break after deployment for sure..Thanks for serving!!! I've been looking to try p90x or insanity though. I have a friend who does it and swears by them.
