I had asked this question yesterday and got some great opinions and decided to up my calorie and protein intake. Just compare March 8th's diary with today and let me know if I am on the right track!

I had a look at your food journal and I am so thankful I don't have to tell you to eat fruits and veg! you're already doing that so kudos to you! The only thing I would say is to add some dark leafy greens into your diet like kale, collard greens, spinach, ect. not only do they provide a ton of nutrients and are low calorie but they pack quite a bit of protein.0
