Agreed, Happier and also my palate also seems to have adjusted, i'm starting to not like the taste of some bad things0

It feels great to pick smaller sizes while shopping
And I feel awesome when I see the muscles and can feel my abs :-))0 -

Yep happier. I think certain foods really effect my mood as well. Eating healthy agrees with me.0

no... but I'm a uni student. So I don't think I'm meant to. lol.
I do actually feel better about myself, knowing that I am not gaining weight. I don't hate how I look as much, even though I don't have any physical changes yet.0 -
Yes, I definitely do! I've never thought I would be able to successfully shed pounds. Now I feel determined to finish everything I started!!

Definitely feel happier. After all the years trying to lose weight and only lose a little, then back to not losing at all and gaining instead. Now that I've lost 33lbs on MFP, and the 35lbs I lost before joining (68lbs total lost) I have more confidence and just on the home stretch with the last 12lbs!!

Absolutely. Not only do I feel like I can do this, I feel like I can do ANYTHING.

I feel like I look at some things I used to eat and think to myself "What IS that? That's not even FOOD." Less interested in sugar, too. Very exciting.0 -
Definitely happier! I feel even smarter, healthier, I sleep better again even when I don't get enough sleep (late night studying). I've been waking up in such great moods everyday. I can finally paint my toes again! At one point at my heaviest weight a year ago, it was pretty tiring to just give myself a pedicure. Now, its so much easier. Im happier and everyday I'm getting more and more motivated to get back to the healthy weight I once use to be0
