I'm nowhere near my goal yet, but I stumbled across my tape measure and decided to take my measurements. I usually measure before I eat anything for the day, so these measurements were even more exciting because they were taken on a full stomach! Here is my progress from Jan 1st.

Natural Waist: from 46 to 40.5
Waist at Belly Button: from 48.5 to 46
Hips: from 49 to 46
Bust: from 48 to 45.5
Arms: from 16.5 to 15.5
I've lost 29lbs (as of a few days ago).

I can't wait to see my measurements get even smaller!

The first month I did the 30 Day Shred, then the beginning of Feb I start Ripped in 30, but got sick halfway through the month and was feeling pretty bad for about 3 weeks so didn't exercise much (though I still had my appetite! LOL), however in February, I also started Spiking once a week, and in 2 weeks I dropped 9lbs from it. I Spike once a week now, and I'm losing about 3lbs a week. I haven't been eating as clean as I did in January, but I'm working on it. :embarassed: My diary is open.

Oh, and in January, my calories were at 1200 plus 200 for breastfeeding, but then I changed it to 1310 plus the 200, and it didn't cause me to lose any less, plus I havemy Spike day each week where I eat 2800 calories (sometimes a little more. lol) I've just recently started the C25K program, but I don't usually burn more than 200-300 calories a day doing that, and I usually eat about 90% of my exercise calories back, if not all of them. :drinker:

Thanks for sharing all that! I'm at the tail end of 30 day shred and was wondering what to do next. Maybe I'll give Ripped in 30 a try. I'm also breastfeeding but have never calculated in those calories because I have no idea how much to add. It's nice to hear eating back your exercise calories has worked for you. I've been kind of stuck the last week or so and doing some reading on the boards realized maybe I need to start eating those calories back. I'm hoping that helps get the numbers going the right way again!

If you search Breastfeeding in the foods, it'll come up with a bunch of different options. I picked the one for a toddler with minimal feedings which gives me 200 extra calories. Newborns would be about 500 calories. It also subtracts calcium, fats, etc.
