Aminos - Legit or Waste of money?

So I saw some "Super Amino 3000" pills at the store today, and they claim to help the joints and muscles to repair faster after a workout. Do amino acid pills really do anything or are they a waste of money?

Yes they are worth the money. I mix BCCA's with gatoraide and drink it prior to and during my workout.0

Although I can't give a personal recommendation for Super Amino 3000, I can say that Branched Chain Amino Acids are essential to muscle repair and increased metabolism. When combined with a good quality whey protein (low sugar, low carb, low calorie) you'll have the perfect recipe for muscle repair, lean muscle (which burn fat even when you aren't working out), and increased metabolism.0 -
