Low fat/calorie strawberry cupcakes!

1 package strawberry cake mix
diet 7 up (I've used a diet generic brand also)


Bake the cupcakes as so...yes those are the ONLY ingrediants!

I top with fat free cool whip...they are yummy!

sounds good though... and for some reason I am a SUCKER for cool whip

I felt the same way when I first heard about it and then I made them...I thought they were pretty good. I think I read that it'd be 100 calories a cupcake too!
