Hi Guys!!! Its been 4 weeks since I took my last set of photos, so I was due a new set.

14th Jan - 140lbs
10th Feb - 133/134lbs and -6 inches across the body
10th March - 131lbs and -2.2 inches across the body (from Feb)

I feel that my body is sloooowwwwing down losing weight - which is understandable, as there is not too much less to lose...but I feel a bit 'deflated' about it all!

I recently upped my base calories to 1700 because I was getting hungry and I worked out my BMR & TDEE and all of that stuff. If I exercise, I eat SOME of them back - and try to leave myself with a 200-300 calorie deficit daily.

I wonder if this is the right thing to be doing? My inch loss hasn't changed in the last 2 weeks (I measure every 2). I never feel 'hungry' now - which is good, but is 1700 too much?

Let me know your thoughts!!

Honey, first of all, you look amazing. You CAN see a difference - it might not be on the scales or on the tape measure, but you can SEE it. You are much more toned and trimmed. Great work!
I work out my calories needs by a professional sports book, so if you want I could work something out for you?
Message me if you want me to do it, I'll need some details (height, weight, age, what type of job you do - sitting or standing, how many calories you burn each week all together from exercise).
I know how you feel, I feel the same, it's hard to adjust to not loosing lots of weight or lots of inches, but you are right - you don't have a lot to lose anymore so it's not possible. It's a marathon not a sprint :-) I try to remind myself every day xxx

I think since you have so little to go that it will just be slow from here. Maybe you can do temporary fix stuff like drink water and cut back salt? It must be frustrating for loss to be slow but you do look totally amazing! Take comfort in looking fantastic!

I am at the same place! I am pretty 'small' now (I'm still looking to tone up) and it is really dissapointing when the tape or the scale doesnt move :/ (but I did lose 3% body fat!). Just keep working at it :) Just like the the change to dieting, it's a change into not
