Here are my goals

I wanted to take a minute and sit down with everyone and share my goals! I am doing this because of the fact I want the encouragement and support to help me work on these goals and get these goals down :)

Mornings
*Walk 1 mile
*stationary Bike 10 min
*light breakfast

Evenings
*Walk 1 mile
*Stationary bike 10 min
*Dinner before 8pm
*light snack later!!


Hope people can support me and push me to do these things :)

    Great goals. Posting them helps keep you on track. I have my goals on my iphone and check them from time to time. Writing them down really helps make them happen. Keep us updated and in no time you will be changing them to make them more challenging:smile: You can do this.

    Great goals Becka! Just make sure you are eating enough for breakfast. Personally, I really do feel it is the most important meal of the day.
