Peanut Butter Oatmeal Shake!
Hey guys, I just wanted to post the protein shake I have on mornings before a big work out! It's pretty high in cals as I use it in replace of breakfast! It's nice and filling, yet it doesn't make you so full that you can't work out shortly after!
ingredients
- 1/2 of oatmeal
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbs crunchy natural peanut butter (feel free to add more if you really like ur pb!)
- 1 fat free vanilla pudding sanck pack (could use chocolate too, or substitute with yogurt for a healthier option)
- 1 tsp cinnamon spice
- 1/3 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (I use allmax isofelx vanilla)
- 3 ice cubes
I like to put the pudding snack pack in the freezer so it's more like ice cream then pudding.
Cook your 1/2 cup of oatmeal in water and let it cool, add all the ingredients in to your blender and enjoy
