Where have I been?!?!

I've been gone for over a week. My schedule has been so hectic I haven't been logging anything in. I know I haven't gained any weight, but I haven't lost any either. I'm getting back on track and doing this like I was before. I'm outa here for now, I've gotta bust my butt and get in gear. Just thought I'd share with everyone!

    Hey Amber, glad your back! It's hard when our schedules are busy but that's how life is. We all have to practice our new lifestyles. Then they will become easier. :flowerforyou:

    Yes, I had 2 months of hectic work schedule and my manager buying me lunch daily.........

    Resulted in a 10 pound water weight gain, which is coming off now that i am getting back on track.

    time can be an issue belive me, i work 11 hrs a day. but just a little help that might work for you?
    i work in a building that has many steps and in the past 3 days i have been taking the stairs starting out
    with only 2 flights and working my way up 3 times a day we will see how that goes but hey it might work?
